I am proud to see C. FOSTER serving offshore and onshore markets in Brazil and abroad after 25 years of existence.

The consolidation of our activities in our new office building, since December 2009 has contributed to increasing our production capacity and our improving our organizational structure. However, we have not changed our way of working, keeping our focus on the quality of our products, services and on customer service, which have always been C.FOSTER’s major concerns. Today our company is organized in two main areas: satellite communications services and integration of equipment and service packages for the offshore industry.

Satellite communications services are provided by C. FOSTER Telecom. We count on a highly trained technical team to operate our iDirect TDMA VSAT hubs. The capacity of our iDirect platforms is being expanded almost every month. We have also made operational agreements with companies in the United States and in Europe that allow us to expand our activities consistently with our work-philosophy of offering products and services to the highest international standards.

Our technical services are provided by a multi-national team of engineers and technicians, who have been trained abroad at the facilities of our equipment and service supplier partners.

We keep a stock of equipment and spare parts to support our services, typically including maritime and terrestrial antennas of different types and sizes, as well as BGAN terminals and other types of satellite communications equipment, such as: modems, routers, multiplexers and racks.

Our other area of activity is managed by C.FOSTER Serviços e Equipamentos de Petróleo Ltda, who are consolidating our position in the systems integration market, which comprises engineering, procurement, installation and maintenance activities for high technology equipment and systems.

Our aim for 2010 is to become a Prime Contractor (package supplier) of high technology equipment and systems for ships, service vessels, drilling platforms and FPSOs, either new-builds or refurbished.

We welcome our customers and partners who are visiting our website. We expect this new site to bring an improved form of relationship and communication.
