C.FOSTER’s management team has special concern about the health and safety of its professional team. Preserving the environment is also a major concern during all our work activities.

Health

Our health policy starts with regular check-ups to monitor the health of our team members. Regular exercise and sports are encouraged as well as sensible eating habits. Regular training sessions ensure that all are aware of any possible health hazards in the processes they may be exposed to on company or customer premises, especially on offshore installations.

Safety

The C.Foster safety policy is summarized in one phrase “Work Safely – Always”. Regular safety training sessions are held in-house and external safety courses in offshore safety, fire-fighting and helicopter evacuation are obligatory. Personal safety equipment is regularly checked to insure it is in good working order and breaches of safety procedures are followed up on with full investigative procedures.

 
Environment

Our company has a stated policy to take steps to avoid all actions that could damage the environment. Special attention is given to any chemical products used, even cleaning products. Disposal of batteries and other hazardous waste is procedure-controlled and training sessions are held to reinforce the need to pay attention to even small amounts of chemicals and other products that are threatening to the environment.
