QualidadeC.FOSTER is proud of working in line with the highest quality standards, delivering services above specified standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Quality Control is at the heart of the C.Foster Excellence Program. All our work, from answering the telephone, to commissioning a satellite communications link, to establishing security procedures for the teleport and technology center, is procedures-based. Suppliers are pre-qualified and monitored for manufacturing quality and attention to the details of the order and to on-time delivery.

Service quality is rigorously monitored by internal and external controls and special attention is given to after-sales follow-up. All procedures follow the highest international standards and ISO 9001 approval is being undertaken at this time.

All our administrative processes are being documented and computerized to guarantee a smooth flow of information in purchasing, shipping and receiving, financial, human resources and general administrative areas.

The quality control function is interweaved through all these processes and moves into the area of physical testing in our service and commercial departments. Procedures for burn-in of all received goods are in place and all services have strict event-related QC procedures. Personnel reviews include an evaluation of the level of excellence the employee has achieved in his work during the year.

We have a follow-up program in our after-sales service function, where customers are requested to evaluate the quality of the services or goods they have received from the C.Foster Group. We strongly urge all our customers to give us feed-back so that we can continuously increase our level of excellence.
